EUPATIConnect sits within the wider EUPATI ecosystem and provides a matchmaking platform that links EUPATI Patient Experts with researchers for structured, mutually beneficial engagement. The platform uses an internal matching process to pair researchers’ requests with appropriately trained patient experts, who understand medicines research and can contribute across the study lifecycle. Researchers can use EUPATIConnect to build patient involvement into trial design, including:

• Participation in advisory boards and steering groups
• Protocol, informed consent and other document review
• Focus groups, interviews and workshops on study design, endpoints and patient‑relevant outcomes
• Speaking engagements and co‑creation workshops around medicines development and patient engagement
